Discount Code Policy:
Discount codes may only be used on regular priced items.
One discount code may be used per purchase.
Multiple discount codes will not be accepted.
Discount codes will not apply to any "SALE" or "BOGO" items.
Order Policy:
There is a 15% Restocking fee on all refunded orders.
All orders are shipped via USPS/UPS Ground/FedEx/FedEx SmartPost. (Unless otherwise requested)
FedEx SmartPost and USPS First Class/Flat Rate are NOT Insured. Please note that all broken or lost items will not be refunded or replaced.
Express and USPS services are available. (Additional charges will apply)
Damaged goods, shortages, and discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Crown is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
Any charges for returned orders due to customer error (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, etc...) will be the responsibility of the customer.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
USPS will ship out all international orders unless otherwise requested by the customer.
USPS/Flat Rate/FedEx SmartPost are less expensive shipping method than UPS. USPS does not provide a tracking number once the package leaves the USA. Orders sent by UPS can be tracked until the package reaches your doorstep.
Crown Brush is not responsible for any lost orders, damaged items, or missing items when shipping by USPS/FedEx SmartPost/UPS.
All discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Charges for returned orders (incorrect address provided, refused/undeliverable orders, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
International orders take 3-4 business days to process and make take up to 4 weeks to reach you depending on location and customs clearance.
Crown Brush is not responsible for any customs, duty, or tax charges.
