RETURNS
Items that are damaged in transit may be replaced. Damaged/defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns. All sales are final for any items in the Crown Bundles section and will not be accepted as returns. Complete and submit the returns form. This form must be completed in order to receive a credit or replacement. Crown™ reserves the right to reject any return claims.
