Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

 

ANY shipping fee is not refundable.

*Free shipping is only available in the Continental US

Orders can take up to 48 hours to ship from date order was placed.

We offer UPS and USPS as shipping options.

USPS shipping times are only an estimate from the time of processing at the USPS facility and is not a guaranteed delivery time.

USPS First Class and Priority are NOT express shipping options.

Express orders must be received by 1:00 p.m. CST to be processed same day.

Shipping may take up to 6 business days from the original ship date. (Weekends and holidays are not included in this time frame.)

Crown is not responsible for delays in shipping due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or shipping provider error (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)

Signature confirmation may be added by the customer for an additional charge of $3.00. (Available in the Crown Brush store.)

Any charges for returned orders due to customer error (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, etc...) will be the responsibility of the customer.

AK, HI, USVI may take up to 10 business days from the original ship date. (Weekends and holidays are not included in this time frame)

During the Holiday Season (Christmas and the New Year) orders may take 5-7 Business Days for processing.

UPS will Not deliver to APO, AFE, FPO, or Post Office Boxes.

 

Shipping International:

 

USPS will ship out all international orders unless otherwise requested by the customer.

We offer UPS and USPS as shipping options.

USPS does not provide a tracking number once the package leaves the USA.

Orders sent by UPS can be tracked till the package reaches your doorstep.

Crown Brush is not responsible for any lost orders, damaged items, or missing items when shipping by USPS.

All discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt or order.

Charges for returned orders (incorrect address provided, refused/undeliverable orders, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

International orders take 3-4 business days to process and make take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive depending on location and customs clearance.

Returns, Replacements, and Exchanges:

 

All discrepancies, such as missing or damaged items, must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Items that are damaged or broken may be replaced.
Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns.
A Crown RMA form, which is located here, must be fully completed and submited to [email protected] in order to receive a credit or replacement.

 

Defects must be reported within 7 business days of receipt of order.

Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns.
Items returned without any damages can be returned, but a charge of 15% will be applied for a restocking fee.
Exchanges for undamaged items can be done, but customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from our facility.
A Crown RMA form, which is located here, must be fully completed and submited to [email protected] in order to receive a credit or replacement.
